Corporate Partnerships

Building a diverse and inclusive workforce should be a key priority for every organisation, however we understand this can be challenging both culturally and operationally.  U.G.L.Y. Tribe offers corporate partners the opportunity to build on their diversity and inclusion (D&I) platform to reflect the differences within our community through:

What Our Partners Say

Who What Wear have been proud to partner with UGLY Tribe in 2020, establishing an on-going relationship between the young women and our WWW team members. Through a series of mentoring sessions via Zoom we connected and shared advice on topics including confidence in the workplace, digital publishing, networking within the fashion industry and social media skills for business. The UGLY Tribe members were enthusiastic, engaging and brought a wide range of questions to the session, which resulted in a dynamic hour of female networking. We're looking forward to continuing our partnership with the Tribe through one to one mentoring and future networking events.

Centrepoint are very proud to have worked with U.G.L.Y Tribe from the start.  Four programmes were delivered to young women experiencing homelessness over a 12 month period plus numerous standalone and virtual events. Centrepoint staff were delighted to see the personal growth of these young women who grew in confidence and resilience, and went on to realise their ambitions and the steps they needed to take to succeed. The programmes are delivered in a fun, nurturing, engaging way and the young women involved truly become part of a tribe, establishing healthy and positive friendships along the way.

Partnering with UGLY Tribe promises to be a valuable and enriching experience for everyone involved. With an uplifting and engaging networking event under our belts, we are looking forward to working with the U.G.L.Y Tribe and its members again soon. These events offer a wonderful opportunity for us to share our knowledge and experience of the legal sector and to network with enthusiastic and engaged young women with varied life experiences. There is a great deal that we can learn from each other and we look forward to continuing to develop the relationship.
